TECHTOOL PRO APPLE MAC OS X
When I rebooted the system yesterday, I now get an error saying "This version of Mac OS X is not supported on this platform! Reason: Mac-F42C88C8" - and unfortunately the Recovery disk says the same thing. This system was created using DosDude's High Sierra method/program for installing High Sierra on a MacPro3,1 system last year some time. I've been running High Sierra on a MacPro 3,1 system for quite a while and now have a BIG problem. That was the aforementioned Rebuild Desktop that only had 11 nodes as an improvement.

so I can do a proper examination of the Start Up Mac OS. I have a Mirror external hard drive (get off the Seat to fix it - thingy) that I start up on. Rebuild the Desktop Folder and it was a slight Green improvement of 11 nodes. did the Optimize the EXTERNAL hard drive from the Startup Mac OS hard drive. I did the Computer Test Suite (all positive). and then Zap the PRAM (Command + Option + P + R) keys held down until the second harmonic cord was sounded. Once the Start up Hard Drive was sorted out. This was using the older TTP 10 already in use (I work Carbon Copy Cloner from Bombitch Software to get me a Bootable Mac OS that is a exact mirror of the start up Mac OS - it has proven very useful in saving my bacon many times in the past). I immediately went to my external hard drive to optimize the start up drive with the new TTP on it.
